John & Lucy Olsen welcome you to Holway House, which is an Edwardian 10 bedroom B & B in Sheringham on the beautiful North Norfolk coast.

Over 18’s Only | Regrettably, we cannot accept pets.

The house has been a B & B since the 30s, and we are lucky enough to have the privilege of continuing the business.

It is set over 3 floors and still retains some of the period features in the hallway, the dining room and its beautiful staircase. Read more >>>

Parking & Location

There is a residents’ car park at the rear of Holway House that can accommodate 4 cars and operates on a first come first served basis. There is also on street parking along Alexandra Road.

We are located just off from the town centre and within easy walking distance from the rail services, buses and the beach. Read more >>>

Apart from its sandy beach and vibrant centre, Sheringham offers an amazing choice of special events for everyone’s taste.

Covid Update July 2021

While we welcome the recent lift of restrictions for Coronavirus, we will be following current best-practice guidelines for the foreseeable future, as detailed in our Covid Statement, to ensure the health and well-being of our guests. To that end, we have recently installed a new, hospital-grade air purifier in the breakfast room and we kindly ask that, where able, our Guests wear masks in public areas and sanitise their hands with the provided sanitiser upon entering the building.
